Switching made simple
Moving from Booksy, Fresha, Treatwell or another system
You don't have to start from scratch, and you don't have to switch straight away. You can join BeautiHub, keep taking bookings through your current system, and move across later.
What you can bring across today
- ClientsFresha: download your client list and upload it — we match the columns for you. Booksy, Treatwell, Phorest or any other system: upload a CSV or Excel file (Booksy sends this when you ask their support team).
- Upcoming appointmentsFresha: upload your appointments export. Other systems: upload a CSV, Excel or calendar (.ics) file.
- ServicesUpload a CSV or Excel list of your services, prices and durations, or add them in a few minutes during setup.
- ReviewsBooksy, Fresha and similar systems don't let you download reviews, so they can't be imported automatically. Send us screenshots of your rating and we'll check them by hand.
There's no automatic connection to another booking system — you upload your own files, so you stay in control.
How it works
- 1Join BeautiHub free and choose the Smart Calendar.
- 2Open Business Tools → Move to BeautiHub whenever you're ready.
- 3Upload each file and check the column matching.
- 4Review the full preview — nothing is added until you confirm.
