Most booking software was written for a salon room. BeautiHub was built with mobile beauty professionals in mind, so the diary knows where you are, how far you travel and how long the journey between two clients takes.
Clients check their postcode before they book
You set a base postcode, a travel radius in miles, plus the areas you cover and any you exclude. Clients enter their postcode on your booking page and are told straight away whether you come to them, so you stop fielding requests from the other side of the county.
Travel time is reserved automatically
For mobile appointments BeautiHub works out the journey from your base to the first client, between one client and the next, and back to base where that applies. Only times that leave room for the service and the drive are offered, and the travel appears on your calendar as its own quiet block — never as another client booking.
Mobile and salon days side by side
If you work some days from a fixed room and others on the road, you can set separate mobile working hours and mark which services are available mobile, in salon, or both.
Travel records for your mileage
Mobile appointments store their travel minutes and mileage per journey leg, and those totals appear in your Money and downloadable tax reports, so mileage for the accounts is already recorded.
Deposits and travel fees
You can ask for a deposit through Stripe before a mobile visit is held, and set an optional travel fee with a number of free miles before it applies.

BeautiHub is free to join and free to keep — there is no monthly fee and no card needed. BeautiHub takes 2% of appointment deposits and 5% of product sales it collects for you; Stripe's own payment-processing fees are separate and shown on their own line.
