Every post, profile, product, review and video has a "Report" option. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. You will see the status of your reports in your account.

Violations result in graduated action:

• First-time minor violations: written warning and content removal.
• Repeat or moderate violations: 7-day suspension.
• Serious or repeated violations: 30-day suspension and visible status badge.
• Severe violations (illegal content, fraud, abuse): permanent ban and reporting to authorities where required.

Enforcement decisions can be appealed within 14 days by emailing appeals@beautyhubmarket.com. Appeals are reviewed by a moderator who was not involved in the original decision.

• Accurate stock levels and dispatch times.
• Honest product descriptions and imagery.
• Prompt response to customer queries (within 48 hours).
• Compliance with all cosmetic and consumer regulations.
