Beauty Hub Market ("the Platform", "we", "us") operates an online marketplace that connects beauty professionals with customers for bookings, products and content.

We act solely as a marketplace facilitator. We are not the provider of the beauty services or products listed by professionals. Professionals are independent businesses solely responsible for the services they offer, including qualifications, insurance, tax obligations, hygiene standards, and client safety.

• You must be 18 or over to register a professional account.
• Customers must be 16 or over.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.

Deposits are taken via Stripe at the point of booking. The Platform charges a 5% commission on deposits taken. Refunds are governed by the professional's cancellation policy (see Booking & Cancellation Policy).

• Illegal activity, fraud, or money laundering.
• Harassment, hate speech, or abuse of other users.
• Posting content you do not own or have rights to.
• Circumventing the platform to take payments off-app.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for any loss arising from services or products provided by professionals. Professionals indemnify the Platform against claims arising from their services.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
