Terms & Conditions

BEAUTIHUB LTD ("BeautiHub", "the Platform", "we", "us"), company number 17405234, is registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 132 Seals Drive, Ackworth, WF7 7FT. BeautiHub operates an online marketplace that connects beauty professionals with customers for bookings, products and content.

We act solely as a marketplace facilitator. We are not the provider of the beauty services or products listed by professionals. Professionals are independent businesses solely responsible for the services they offer, including qualifications, insurance, tax obligations, hygiene standards, and client safety.

• You must be 18 or over to register a professional account.
• Customers must be 16 or over.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.

Deposits are taken via Stripe at the point of booking and are paid to the professional's own connected Stripe account. Refunds are governed by the professional's cancellation policy (see Booking & Cancellation Policy).

BeautiHub is free to use, with no monthly subscription. A 2% BeautiHub platform fee applies to online service payments made by clients to professionals through BeautiHub, including appointment deposits and Client Membership payments. A 5% BeautiHub platform fee applies to product sales taken through BeautiHub; the 2% service fee is not also charged on product sales. Stripe's own payment-processing fees are separate from those platform fees and are not included in them: they are recovered from the same payment and shown on their own line in the professional's Money and tax reports. Founding 10 lifetime members pay 0% BeautiHub platform fees on everything, permanently; Stripe's unavoidable processing fee still applies to them.

• No monthly subscription and no trial: using BeautiHub costs nothing per month.
• Online service payments taken through BeautiHub, including appointment deposits and Client Membership payments: 2% BeautiHub platform fee.
• Product sales taken through BeautiHub: 5% BeautiHub platform fee. The 2% service fee is not charged on product sales as well.
• Stripe payment-processing fees are charged separately and are not part of the 2% or 5%.
• Money a client pays a professional in person, outside BeautiHub, carries no BeautiHub platform fee.
• Founding 10 lifetime members pay 0% BeautiHub platform fees for life on deposits, Client Memberships and product sales. Their records show: “Founding 10 lifetime fee protection — BeautiHub fee £0.00.” Stripe’s unavoidable processing fee still applies.

The platform fee and the Stripe processing fee are recovered from the same customer payment and are reported to the professional as separate figures. BeautiHub does not profit from, or add anything to, Stripe's processing fee.

• Illegal activity, fraud, or money laundering.
• Harassment, hate speech, or abuse of other users.
• Posting content you do not own or have rights to.
• Circumventing the platform to take payments off-app.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for any loss arising from services or products provided by professionals. Professionals indemnify the Platform against claims arising from their services.

We may update these Terms, including the platform fees set out above. We will give notice of any change to the platform fees before it takes effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
