Booking & Cancellation Policy

Professionals may require a deposit for online bookings. Deposit amount, type (none, fixed or percentage) and any per-service overrides are shown on the booking page before payment.

Each professional sets their own cancellation policy. Customers see the policy and refund tiers before paying. Default tiers offered to professionals:

• Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before the appointment.
• 50% refund if cancelled 24–48 hours before.
• Non-refundable within 24 hours.

Professionals may override the default per service (e.g. bridal = 50% non-refundable).

Refunds within the eligible window are processed automatically through Stripe.

Professionals may issue a manual full or partial refund at their discretion outside of the automatic windows.

Customers who fail to attend without notice are not entitled to a refund.
