Marketplace Seller Terms

Only verified professionals may sell products on the marketplace.

• Listings must be accurate, with truthful descriptions, ingredients and origin.
• You must hold the legal right to sell the product in the UK.
• Cosmetics must comply with UK Cosmetic Regulations (assessment, labelling, CPNP notification where applicable).

• Orders must be dispatched within 3 business days.
• You are responsible for tracking, shipping costs unless platform-funded, and any customs duties.
• Sellers handle customer queries on their listings.

Beauty Hub Market charges no commission on product sales. Standard Stripe payment-processing fees are deducted from each customer payment before the remaining amount is paid to the seller.

• Counterfeit goods.
• Prescription-only products.
• Expired stock.
• Anything illegal under UK law.
